im not all knowing as some would think that are new here, but i know some of yall(namely spliff) has some insider info on the different types
first off
Whey Concentrate vs Isolate
im operating under the assumption that Concentrate is 70-80% protein by volume and isolate is 80%+ protein by volume correct me if im wrong, ive also found isolate to taste like dog shyt but i digress
casein is the slow digesting one but ive noticed some people swear by it in fact may use it exclusively? any science behind this?
