You are gonna be looked at as the person who did some sh1t like this.

You should have saved the emails.. but you never embarrass or call out anyone. For two reasons - people don't like it - plus it shows everyone in leadership that you would do the same to them. 2) IT shows a compulsive response... and not a calculated one,,, aka someone who prolly will never be ready for a leadership position.

Reality is 1) companies like sh1t handled at the lowest level first

2) What are you going to gain???..... It's good to look out for everyone, but you should always look out for yourself first. Corporate might not even do anything to dude- OR WORSE dude might have a valid explanation - for those particle positions. How do you know that, if you would have approached this lazy ******* that you couldn't have gained loyalty and had him in your corner? You could have potentially had exclusive rights. Plus, if you're about doing the right things - do whatever you have to do to get in the position to do the right things, right now ur not even in the position to affect change.

Or what about that time that you might need something or want a promotion-- you have already played this card that you could have used at that time.
