Over 40 murders in 25 cities in 10 years.

Mostly in the Northeast, upper midwest and Manchester and Bristol England. Minnesota and Pennsylvania seems to be a hotbed.

The Victims are mostly athletic fit White Males. Occasionally African and India students.

Bodies found in water 40 days after they initially go missing.

Smiley face graffiti found near the bodies in many but not of the victims.
