Goat rock era easily. From this heel turn to his 99 fued with HHH he was maybe the second or third best wrestler of all time.
His best promo is right before fully loaded 99 strap match when he shytted ALL over hhh, and trips was lookin LEGIT mad and said (mouthed) "bring it on motherfukker come on.

I was watching Disc 3 of that on Netflix. I'm guesing that match is on Disc 2 cause it seemed to go in order, gonna go back to check now.

Yah its about 40 min into disc two on netflix. Their best dvd ever imo. Hhh and rock always made their shyt seem personal...though austin > both imo, the hhh/rock fued eclipses their individual fueds with anyone else.
Edit: LMMFAO @ rock grabbing a camera from someone in the crowd, taking a picture of hhh and tossing it backin the crowd. Dude was so fukkin good then
