This is definitely an interesting read, which certainly sounds great in theory, but seeing a plan like this being instilled in the near future is hard to grasp. "Radical" as it is, hypothetically changing of status quo of American lifestyle, by way of increasing "equality" won't be a simple task. At least not until this fiasco, of a grid locked congresses and money in politics are fixed. One take away from the Affordable Care Act, is how half-assed a bill can become from too much "compromise". In order to Implement a budget plan this game changing there would need to be actual "bipartisanship" among parties or a completely shut out of the opposition in both houses...
