The Problem with ALL GTAs

For a game called grand theft auto, the car thief mechanics are straight

We supposed to believe these gta characters can:

A. Get into high end cars using their bare hands (no equipment like hacked electronic keys)

B. Hotwire high end cars like they are Hondas from the 80s.

What are these developers at Rockstar doing? Gta characters don't even carry around slim jims and flathead screwdrivers but they can get into and start any car?

The car jacking mechanics are good tho. Where you stop the car with your pistol and just straight jack the car.

Yes but the characters aren't seen breaking the windows. They just straight open the doors somehow. It looks like they are doing the old slim jim/coat hanger technique but there is nothing in their hands.

I thought GTA was supposed to be a realistic open world crime game.
