Orlando Anderson killed Tupac, which is a great theory and very ease to believe but the story coincidentally omits the LAPD which tons of evidence points to them being killers of both Pac and Big.........I think the LAPD did it personally. But like I said the Orlando A theory is very easy to believe........its one of those 2 theories though for sure though....

I think LAPD had help with a certain gov't agency in both their killings. the fact alone these two are killed out in the open on busy streets and still no arrest. Ask yourself who can pull this off, and most importantly who can cover this up?
