Sean Ross Sapp recently made fun of his colleague Denise, because she was late for something they were doing. It turns out she was conducting an interview with Del Wilkes, and SRS was joking about what could he possibly have to talk about.
I was always a fan of the patriot growing up but Bret Hart always got the best of him. RIP

Crazy thing I was thinking about this guy matches on raw in 1997
Damn. He had such a unique, comic book character look to me. I was a fan the first time I saw him in WCW. I remember reading he turned his life around after going to jail for drugs. I think he was selling cars and finally beat his addictions.

The first thing I thought of when Angle first came out was that he was the patriot coming back without the mask I was hyped beyond belief.. patriot was my guy when I was little.
This also gives me hope that someone will get the we the people theme one day because its too piff to never hear again

. The Patriot was always that dude in WCW that sadly never got his due in the WWF/E. He came around the time where the attitude era started to show it's rear end. Even Cornette begged the Vince and em to do something with The Patriot:
Such a shame that dude never showed his true potential because he was so underrated. He had the physique, okay promo, and a good worker, just a good investment in a bad line of business
