Doesn't touch Sicario but still was a good movie in it's own right.

And yes it does look like that. I lived in Spokane for about a year and it's nice scenery minus all the snow that comes in the fall and winter. It's not the most progressive place but it's California compared nearby Idaho and places like Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint or Rathdrum where it's horribly prejudice and reminds you of the south.
