They're saying they hate her because she's not good at her job, which I argue is the fault of creative.
They give her shytty stories to tell. That's not her fault. If they let her be charismatic (because plenty of heels can be charismatic like Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Bray Wyatt) they wouldn't think she's shytty.

She started acting like a dumb, annoying bytch on Total Divas and that, along w some random piece of gossip about her hygiene or something, and a general wish to see other divas [Sasha, Baeomi] pushed instead was enough to set it off. The claims of being "bad at the job" came later, and they came from posters that thought she was just great before a cool thread w neat gifs changed their minds.
Kayfabe is alive and well in the minds of neckbeards across the country.
