That little move of changing the contract and adding a balloon payment is going to be remembered by the management of all teams in the league. That was bush-league.
On another note, let's all just monitor how Lin does. I wish him well but I can't help but think about the fact that he has not even had the opportunity to hit that very real 'rookie wall'. So let's reconvene on Lin in January.
I also doubt that he knows how to take care of his body for a full NBA season. Kidd was saying that he was going to teach him how to pace himself....but who is going to mentor him now? Or does Lin know it all already?
