The newest WSB-TV, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Landmark Communications pollwas released Friday and it shows Mary Norwood with a 6-point lead, and less than 4 percent of voters undecided.

"This has been a great week for the campaign," Norwood told Channel 2 Action News on Friday.

Atlanta has lost significant percentage of black population in the actual city core IIRC, much of the Metro ATL's black population growth has occurred well outside the city core (see Gwinnett and Cobb two formerly very Republican counties voting for Clinton in 2016 for instance as proof of this) Republicans in Southern cities also run way more Centrist which helps bleed away some of the Dem vote in races like these.
plenty of black cities also have Non Black mayors (see Detroit and formerly New Orleans)

i actually think these poll numbers are just gonna entice all of the black voters to go out there and secure it. Sorta like with Trump and cacs.

I will say that Keisha aint doing herself no favors with Kasim Reed's endorsement and all of the bad blood he's created.
