Arsenal got to repay the Emirates Stadium and that's the reason they can afford to sign too much players. And Man U has like 150M$ more debt than them (but more revenue and income sure). I don't think the Glazers will in-debt themselves more to buy luxury players at that rate. But maybe there is something that I don't know.
