Auba is going to be great, as long as he gets service.

There is this meme that he relies on his pace or that it's his primary attribute. I hate it. His main skill is his game intelligence, his football IQ and positioning. His pace is just a tool for him to apply his intelligence to. He probably has the best positioning and is probably the smartest (on the field) striker in world football. The ball WILL get to him or he will at least set himself up to recieve the ball.

He is disgustingly underrated. Don't know why more clubs weren't in for him. But I will admit he looks good in an Arsenal kit.

Conte was stupid with Batshuyai. Who cares if he doesn't dribble. The man scores goals.

Thats a bit far...In his scorpion from last season he ran half the length of the pitch after making the initial outlet ball to Alexis. You shift the system for world class players...not Michy-fukking-Baytshuai

Yes but he's talking about a player who will consistently, as he said, "run in behind the defense" as part of their attributes. Giroud is absolutely not that man.
I meant shift the system to play to Bats strength. They have Hazard, Willian, Pedro, they can do the work carrying the ball in order to give service to their main striker. Whether that's Bats or Giroud. If they don't change the way they play, if they don't shift to Giroud's strength in this case, he will have been a useless purchase. They have to learn from their previous mistake with Bats and accommodate Giroud (if he is to be starting striker)

You have to shift according to what the squad needs, yes, you take in your world class players into consideration but at times compromises must be made.

EDIT; Maximize their potential is what i'm trying to say. basically Minimax in RPG's and such.

From what I've seen, Giroud is more of a target man, the exact type of striker we were linked with before we got him: Carroll, Crouch, Dzeko, Slimani.

The simple truth is Conte prefers to have a different type of striker.

Clearly your coach doesn't. Conte is beyond frustrated with Chelsea's transfer antics right now, imagine them trying to replace their two best players.
