still can't wrap my head around how a messi lead argentina team with aguero and others can't play for shyt (i know they reached the wc final in '14 but their performance was far from great even then)
best ever anyway (unless cris scores 4 against simeone)
Dude who runs Man City's number 1 blog is a convicted pedo.
They didn't have Xavi or Iniesta type of player to give Messi the ball high up the pitch. With the NT he plays deeper.
If they had Redondo and Veron instead of Gago, Perez, Bigila, Meza, Banega and Ricky Alvarez, they would of looked better. What they really really needed was a b2b goal scoring midfielder, but Argentina don't produce those type of midfielders, only the defensive destroyer types.
there's a reason why im bringing this up right now... he just scored three to bring back a weak barca NO XAVI NO ANDRES NO NADA, fully aware of how strong this team used to be... but now look at him !!! all by himself

Also the fact that the attacking Fullback seems to be a foreign concept to them(minus Zabaleta & Zanetti) has hurt them too.
gotta say im impressed with hodgson, when he took over i thought he was gonna bury them and after 7 losses in a row worst in PL history look at him now leading them to safety for a second season, thought he was worse than a fraud, an old fraud
proven wrong so hat's off to him
Paqueta is getting called up for the friendlies in March according to Tite’s top assistant. He deserves it, Paqueta has been balling.
How good was Paul Ince back in the day Brehs?
