Alright. Y'all keep thinking that but it's going to happen at some point:manny:

The Super League makes more logistical sense and they've been discussing that for years.

yeah, they've been discussing it, but it's moreso as a scare tactic so certain clubs can manipulate UEFA, since a super league would kill off the champions league. I really don't think a super league could happen with all the travel involved, plus it would kill some domestic leagues.

you don't think some people would sacrifice domestic leagues for some sort of perpetual champions league/europa league tier structure¿

no, it would kill leagues and affect certain economies, drastically. Imagine la liga if Madrid or Barca left, many of those teams make the most money when they play Barca and Madrid. If they leave the TV revenue also becomes shyt, more people would suffer than would benefit. Right now Barca and Madrid make the TV money from la liga plus Champions league, taking away the la liga money and CL money and replacing it with a hypothetical super league would also see them lose money.

Unpopular opinion but Mpabbe will need to adapt other aspects of his game to really reach his full potential. Right now, for the most, part he's a one trick pony. A few step overs and then full on acceleration. As he ages he'll need to elevate and diversify his game. Hopefully he doesn't get a muscle strain in his leg. A lot explosive players tear their ACLs from all the quick lateral movements. Word to NFL running backs.

Even Neymar has started to take on a more play making role outside of his previous dribble, dribble, pass/shoot.

Messi now looks like a shadow of his former self that would dribble the entire team and then take a shot on goal.

I'm really excited to see how Mpabbe progresses. I would love to see dude in the EPL.
