Lmaoo please stopHe's a good striker, just very one dimensional. In the modern game, if you are gonna play with an out and out goal poacher, then you better have some very creative players around him and workhorses in the middle of the park. Moreover, if you're a pure No. 9 a la Icardi, Kane, Immobile, Higuain, Dzeko et al if you have once chance in a game, then you need to bury it. This is where Lukaku falls short. He'll be anonymous all game, get a single chance to win/tie the game and then he'll miss it.
Look at Icardi against Tottenham. Dude was a ghost the entire game then bang, got a chance and buried it. As a striker, you can be a ghost for 89 mins, but if you get one chance in the 90 min and you bury it to win the game, then all is good.
That said, I don't think he should be Man U's undoubted No. 9 at this point, I think Rashford and Martial warrant a few games through the center.
EDIT: Yea Lukaku should have had at least 1 goal. 2 really, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on the 2nd header. He buries the chance he had in the first 15 mins and it's game over.
You have no idea what you are talking about
