So much for team unity.

It only been like that for 10 years, the unity. The Spanish bytchiness was bound to rear its ugly head again, especially with Real shoving the CL in Barca's face and the team make up now being 6 Real, 3 Barca current players and then 1 Real and 2 Barca former players (as Iniesta has moved to Japan).

Xavi and Casillas are the ones who held it all together.

hmm Rooney has great stats though, i can understand him being there :jbhmm:

150 goals in 219 games. Van Nizzles 2nd worst season is still better than Gooney's 3rd best in terms of goals.
Gooney should of left United with over 300 goals. But because he wanted to be on the ball all the time like a spoilt little bytch and didnt want to play CF, even tho his legs were slowly going and his 2 best seasons as the CF he scored 34 goals in both seasons, suggested he should of played there. He failed to adapt his game, he would of been a excellent penalty box striker because he had good movement and was a strong header of the ball. He felt because everyone gassed him up that he could play midfield as he got older, he was over indulged by everyone, when he should of been told your playing up front. The reality was his passing and vision wasnt good enough to be the midfield playmaker he thought he was. Watching him play for United, England & Everton the last couple of seasons has been :hhh:.

Only 4 20+ goals a seasons in 13 years with United and 16 overall. Is that really good stats for a player who played as a forward for most of his career. Lampard had 5 & Gerrard had 3 seasons of 20+ goals.

Also United fans :scust: putting in a player who held their club hostage twice and threatened to leave and go join Citeh for pay rises.

And Klansmann took Germany to the Semi's with even less experience.
Klinsmann spent years with that squad, he also had Löw as his assistant, they created a football culture while they were in charge. That entire team was on the same page and it showed on the pitch.

I'm not sure if Hierro has even held a training session prior to his appointment. The whole thing is crazy and for Spain's sake I hope the tournament goes well for them. It's definitely a risk but we'll see.

In life?

He was an assistant to Ancelotti for a year, at Real. Also coached for another year at Oviedo, that is still 2 more years experience than what Klansmann had before he took over Germany.
