I wasn’t as high on him in the past as some other people, but he’s been playing out of his mind this season. He’s a big part of the reason Flamengo is in first place. In 6 out of the 7 games they’ve played this year he’s either scored a goal or had an assist. His effort was the sole reason they picked up a win on Saturday against Atlético Mineiro.
I hate praising a Flamengo player, but he’s s special talent.

I've seen him play, he's not THAT talented. He might score alot of goals, but I don't think he's as talented as M'bappe and Dembele when they were 17.
Every time Douglas Costa gets called up he always ends up with an injury. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into a nagging thing that keeps him out for an extended period.
