Manchester City won the Premier League. The Mid-Atlantic won the U.S. TV ratings.

For the second consecutive year, Baltimore has consumed a higher percentage of Premier League soccer on NBC Sports platforms than any other U.S. TV market. And geographically, no region of the country watched more of the world’s most popular sports league than the Mid-Atlantic.

Among more than 200 markets, Washington and Richmond were tied for second and Norfolk shared fifth place with Austin.

Last year, Charm City ended D.C.’s three-year supremacy for matches shown on NBC and NBCSN only. Games appearing on CNBC, Telemundo, the NBC Sports app and other outlets do not figure into the overall count. In its fifth year as the Premier League rights holder, NBC Universal presents several matches each weekend on NBCSN and typically one on NBC.

Ratings do not measure cumulative audience. If they did, the largest markets would finish on top. Rather, they show the percentage of households watching a specific program.

Here are the top 10 markets for all matches that appeared on NBC and NBCSN:

1. Baltimore

2. Washington

(tie) Richmond

4. Providence

5. Norfolk

(tie) Austin

7. Dallas

8. Hartford

9. Kansas City

10. Raleigh-Durham

And here are the top 10 for matches that appeared on NBC only:

1. New Orleans

(tie) Providence

3. Richmond

4. Sacramento

5. Austin

6. Baltimore

(tie) Cincinnati

8. Norfolk

(tie) Washington

10. Memphis

Yeah I really wonder how Brazil is gonna cope without that gaping hole on the right side of their defence.

Alves was never a great defender, but his positioning and lack of recovery pace has been criminal for about 3 years now. Brazil will be better with Danilo on the right.

The WC is Germanys or Spains to lose tho.
nah...
it's Spain, Brazil or..............France(:sadcam:)

Germany, Spain, Brazil, France, Belgium all have stacked teams... but I don't believe in the management of Brazil, France or Belgium that they have what it takes to beat teams late in the competition when everyone knows how you are going to play and you have to adjust tactics.

Germany doesnt have the best squad, especially if Boateng and Neuer are not 100%, but they have a great set up. Only team I see that can take them on is Spain.

Deschamps has the players but I can sense he's gonna mess it up.

Renato Sanches didn’t even make the preliminary 35 man roster for Portugal. What a fall off he’s had over the last two years.

Good young attacking full back, but :flabbynsick: centrebacks.

Good midfield of youth and experience, but nothing really outstanding apart from Ruben. Most have failed to deceive when they've move away from Portugal

Forwards once again nice blend of youth and experience, but goddammit still calling up Quaresma in 2018 is :laff: , let Gelson shine. Nani is whatever.

Oh yeah they have a C dot.

:laff: Sandro Wagner went to Bayern for nothing (yeah he won the league :ld: but he went to make the world cup squad) :laff:

Might be able to expose the left back position for Germany.

Only concern Germany will have is fitness as there are quite a few players in the squad who usually do themselves some sort of mischief.

Brazil very solid and balanced, since Tite has taken over - they may faves

Argentina attack is a joke, but as usual will flatter
