I think it's because he's streaky and a lot of times he stops the ball when he plays out wide. Recently have been able to operate with a little more freedom and more centrally where he seems to be a better attacker. But honestly, I think it's because he plays opposite of Hazard most of the time and isn't as good so people clamor for another Hazard type player on the opposite side like you see with Barca and Madrid.
