Gabigol pushes for Brazil return
Inter forward Gabriel Barbosa is reportedly pushing to return to Brazil, though the club want to send him to Jiangsu Suning.
The striker joined the Nerazzurri from Santos for a fee totalling €33.5m in the summer of 2016, but he didn’t make a single Serie A start and scored just once.
After failing to convince new Coach Luciano Spalletti in pre-season, the Brazilian, who is known as Gabigol, went on loan to Benfica.
Santos, Sao Paulo, Flamengo and Cruzeiro are all thought to be interested, but they’d have to find an agreement with Inter, who don’t want to take a huge loss on Gabigol.
