I like seeing Ozil for PFA POTY, he has some weapons around him :whew:

I just don't think the English media would appreciate a player like him. His style isn't busy enough for England. The media and fans love them honest triers and busy footballers.

:whew: the ignorant britishness of it all. and the made up details. I love these type of articles, mostly cause they are dying off so quickly

excerpts:
“We got his whole family green cards, visas and jobs so that, when he finishes playing, they can still live in America. I thought you just wanted to come to live in the States, too?”
:mjlol: complete and utter horseshyt

"we're the mighty red bull fc of harrison, nj, and we're here for the green cards" :skip:

:wow: Did you talk up a xenophobic outlook so as to dissuade her from heading back to the crib of various ethnic groups that permeate England?
I asked if she fancied meeting for a chat and put a wink smiley. The rest is history.

I'll remember that for next time though.

Son, I am feewmin reading this. The ignorance/arrogance from some is amazing.

Not to say MLS is a top, top league yet but it's a physically grueling league. They really think their :flabbynsick: can come here and make millions

there is also this Latino thing they always bring up as to why football is nothing popping like crazy, like Latinos weren't always here. It's cringeworthy.

Essentially with the internet, the video games, development of MLS, and this being the truly first generation that grew up with 24 hour access to football, you had this explosion.
