yaya and fernandinho aren't traditonal CMs, of our wide players only Navas plays as a traditional winger. Pelligrini isn't doing anything ground breaking, but it's alot better than what Moyes is doing.

Mata stuck out wide? Fact is his players call for a different formation, and maybe he has to sit Rooney on the bench. No excuse having Stoke look like a cheap version of Bayern.

Rooney is still a very good player. Like others have said, Moyes just isn't being creative enough. Managers would kill to have 3 players like Mata, Rooney, and RVP in their side.

Also, from what I remember, Mata was routinely played on the outsides at Valencia. He can do a job there. Personnel wise ManU isn't a 7th, 8th place squad. Moyes needs to try new things, which up to now he hasn't shown the balls to do.

also re: your learning french question: 1) why didnt you ask me, @Hollister or @KOTK who actually teach a foreign language
2) re-enroll in the classes, practice outside of class with any french speaker (via internet or in person), and go to a francophone country tout de suite
