I was gonna say something like "It's cheaper to die:wow:" but it absolutely fukking isn't by any stretch of the imagination.

Brehs. I'm thinking about moving to Detroit next year :patrice:
i've thought about detroit. i'd save a lot of money.

dont really have it in me to digest another american city i'm not in love with, of which there are very few. foreign cities are one thing, you expect to be taken aback, but plain old americans vexing you with their cultural traditions? :camby:

Detroit is never going to come "back", but it is going to transform into something else entirely. Gotta get in on the ground floor :patrice:

Man... The older I get, the worse I rate politicians.

I mean, I bore 5 years of Sarkozy and legit hated the man (couldn't watch him, couldn't hear him, couldn't read him even to this day he just get under my skins, I can control it) and Hollande's election had me :blessed: because I could finally see a Socialist in power (was too young to witness Mitterrand really and that was 19 years ago) whose image is kinda soft but honestly it's only been a year and a half and it's as bad if not worse. Hollande is def soft (but I knew it) but he's so soft that he doesn't even have a grip on its own government. At least Sarkozy had some guts and energy to rough things up and shot on his ministers. The government now is clusterfukk, everybody for themselves type of stuff with no proper guide line. And the Prime Minister is a lame with no charisma who's not even respected by his ministers. The unemployment rising, companies are shutting down, politics defiance at an all time high and the whole government is stuck in that Dieudonné/quenelle bullshyt. Such a petty scandal while there are way more important things to do.

And Valls doing with Hollande what Sarkozy did with Chirac in 2005 : the Minister of Interior Affairs playing the white knight, savior of all the fragile just to build his rep for the next presidential election :why: I don't wanna go the "fukk em all" route but fukk em all. I don't follow politics anymore like I used to do and haven't vote since 2007 (my pop always :rudy: when I tell him that but I just :yeshrug:). I think I'm legit scared that I will never ever be interested in politics again. This shyt is... fukkin [RZA]widiculous[/RZA]. I mean, I like debating about it, about ideas, about ideologies but politics is just a game of thrones and with the media now, we know absolutely everything about what happens behind closed doors so it makes it way worse than it was before. And from left to right I don't see no real difference because in our era, real-politik is the only thing that matters.

I dunno b. These stories are possible thanks to kids who would be modern brooklynites if not for the fact that they can't be bothered to leave a tropical climate. And from what I'm gathering, midwestern hipsters have formed and are growing a commune in the D. And something I realized about myself in 2013, about why I end up in such ridiculous situations, is that I (well I thought it was sub but it isn't) consciously seek them out, by filtering the people I even hang out with based entirely on how I think they'd respond if shyt got weird.

Like I don't hang out with anyone anymore who would be like :whoa: when a girl fukked up on shrooms stumbles out of her bedroom topless with a blowtorch to light up a dabber, while her new drug dealing roommate from the midwest shows back up after a 30 minute drive in someone elses car that took him four hours because he was rolling face and had to pull over chops up lines in the kitchen for a group of people while in same said kitchen I show a 30 year old reformed addict who despite being a 30 year old reformed addict looks holy fukk I just realized he looks like Giroud :ohhh: how to do some footwork to Disclosure and the sequel to Baraka is on a tv somewhere.

Anyone who I feel would be even the slightest bit uncomfortable in that situation doesn't get texts from me anymore :yeshrug:

That's how I finished up my NYE, btw.
