Take LeBron off the heat, and Wade tries harder, and Bosh does more on offense. Those guys are at that veteran stage where they only try when they need to. Without LeBron the Heat are still easily a playoff team and can win a series here or there. Without Dirk the Mavs are in the cellar, ditto Portugal. They have talented players but don't amount to anything if Cristiano doesn't put them on his back.

Honestly I can see the US out of the group stages :
- Ghana are overrated
