It's a shame that Becks is like, the only English player who actively wants to represent at the national level. Are we really acting like he isn't the same player he was about 6-7 years ago? It's not like team GB even has an outside, hometeam, miracle chance of winning.

They're going to crash out unspectacularly. Atleast with Becks in the side they would've gotten a few moments as he swung crosses in or took a token shot from long or juuuuuuuuuuuust missed a free kick chance. Everybody wins, imo.

I remember , cos I'm drunk. Back in high school, like 12th grade I went on this retreat at Dartmouth at the business school. It was for about three weeks, and I will probably always remember for the rest of my living days, I listened to 'Daniel' as my bus to the airport pulled out and I literally bawled tears out for about 20 minutes. 'Daniel' is the saddest song I've heard probably ever, b/c of personal connotation.
