They haven't signed anyone so far, but they still have a better and far stronger squad than Arsenal hence why they finished 16 points above Arsenal last season, both teams squads are relatively the same, Arsenal have only signed some 20 yr old french dude from the second division of the French league who wont even get in the side this season.
