Hes nice but he doesnt really have a position. Any position can be snatched by a specialist and this guy can be pushed elsewhere.

Anyway its not like hes that matchwinner. Theres plenty room for flair players.

You could say the same thing about Iniesta.

No re-sale value for Soldado :dead:, Bentekkers would of been better  for the same price

Yeah but the way he went abt the whole trying to leave villa was very modric-esque ,chances he would pull the same stunt on us made levy re-evaluate. Plus lerner wanted a high ass sell on % added, which as they say is the straw that broke the camels back.

Not sure how true but Liverpool suppose to of agreed a 21m deal for Eriksen :russ: :dead: if true at that price his contract is up next summer (as of now, he'll sign a new one if he doesnt move this summer so Ajax can get some dough)

Thats a pretty good and agressive deal imo, and its the price you pay when you're not in the CL. Throw them enough money so we snap him up quickly without them thinking about any other offers from other clubs.

We'll sell him to City/Madrid/Barce/PSG/Monaco for the double that price anyway.

Don't know what we'll do with so many attacking mids though :scusthov:

Mimi is a depressed self-centred old whore. lmao @ her saying the breast implants wasn't about her being self-conscious. :rudy: A false classy rat I called those types.

Joseline Body is :whoo: but I still fantasize of K. Michelle backshots :noah:

It happens to all clubs not named Barca/Real.

So Suarez must be goin? Liverpool need to make some money back somehow, The 15-17m for Carroll isnt going to cut it for a team that hasnt made th CL in a while. Eriksen rumour I've seen for the past few weeks, but today was the 1st I've seen an actual price for him.
:ohhh: So Milan got no money to buy players ??

Well yeah if Don Silvio put his hand down the back of some young gi...sofa and go digging but business wise, not really. Depends if 2 of Boateng, Robson, Emmanuelson can get sold along with the rest of the fodder, but as for now no. But the wage bill is under 100m for like the 1st time in 10 years or whenever it was.

Transfer wise, theyve spent a quiet 15-20m. May end up about 30-35m mark, if they make the CL group stages, but you can never tell with Uncle Festa.

But if you looking for names, Honda's coming either for 4m now or for free Jan 1st. Paid the 2nd 5m installment for Mario. They going to be wheeling and dealing for the next couple of years in the transfermarket. As they couldnt sell Robson to Santos, that killed the deal for Ljajic

Noobs question (not asking you specifically but just in general):

Everything looks straight forward except market-pools
Why are the market pools so much larger for Italian clubs than others?
TV contract that Italian TV has, and they only had 2 clubs make the competition.

Good question.

From what I gather off someone on the Meeeelan forum, it worked on that Serie A had the smaller denominator of clubs that made it the CL KO stages. The revenue got split between Milan & Juve while SPLa Liga split had to be shared between Barca, Real & Malaga.

from Football Italia

Juventus and Milan were the top and fourth highest earners from the Champions League, revealed UEFA.

Clubs in the 2012-13 tournament received a grand total of €904.6m in participation, TV pool and performance-related revenue.

Despite going out in the quarter-finals to eventual winners Bayern Munich, Juventus picked up more money than any other team in the tournament.

Juve earned a total €65.3m from their participation in the Champions League, whereas Bayern earned just €55.046m.

Beaten Finalists Borussia Dortmund earned €54.161m, but Milan – who went out in the second round – were next in line with €51.4m.

They were followed by Real Madrid on €48.4m, Barcelona on €45.5m and Paris Saint-Germain with €44.7m.

As there were only two Serie A sides participating that season, the TV rights for Italy were split between Juve and Milan, giving them considerably larger sums than expected.
