Apart from them being his boyhood dream. He went Real to make sure he won Ballon d'Or. Apart from the odd year like this season. If you play for Real or Barca the chances of winning are higher than anywhere else.

And you're right he should of left 3 seasons ago but his game has become such a soloist act now. That he doesn't do enough off ball work to even work for the like of Klopp or even Pep or Arteta. If we go off what they ask their forwards to do.

He's become a high volume player who offers nothing unless he gets the ball. And this all goes back to him spending more time fighting and playing politics with Neymar Cavani and then Messi.
