It's the Spanish Super Cup, the equivalent is the Community Shield. It used to be held in August over two legs. A few years ago they changed it to four teams and put it in Saudi Arabia. So now you have four top teams from Spain playing 3 games in January in S.A. because money.

Italy has done the exact same thing, theirs is starting in a few days.
