Why dont he like Ramsdale?

From my very limited experience as an Arsenal fan, it seems like Arteta is very specific in what he wants from his players and how they play. From my understanding Ramsdale is not the most disciplined and doesn’t do the things he wants from his GK. Raya apparently fits that bill to a T.
