What's been up with goal-scoring this season in Europe's top leagues?

No of scorers with 20+ goals in the Top 5 leagues is quite low compared to other years.

1. EPL - 3
2. La Liga - 1

I think I made a post about Messi returning and retiring with Barca in this thread, fairly predictable. Only reason he ever went to PSG was because they could meet his salary demands. Not once did he ever feel part of PSG, a complete nonsense move. At least he got his world cup.
