Honestly I love Mbappe, but he's had a bad run of PR the last few months. Add to the fact that his play on the field has been down and what Haaland has been doing in the EPL it's not hard to see why fans are in favor of Haaland. He's also playin in a league that is vastly more visible and accessible to watch for fans.

Same for BL and La Liga but people pay for it. No one cares about Ligue 1 which is another reason why mbappe being left behind
