That’s one thing I won’t hold against Arteta. When a player lacks discipline, a manager is left with little recourse. Could he have don’t things differently? Maybe. But by that point, he had to go.

The real egregious error was not finding any back up. Granted the winter window is not ideal, but getting rid of a top striker and only having Lacazette as our striker is unforgivable.
