I stay shytting on Alonso but that was a class ball
Havertz gets worse with every appearance smh
He is pretty good going forward, and especially good on set pieces (as you can see from the Kovacic goal).

However, he is a traffic cone on defense (as you may have observed on the Salah goal).

Don't know why Liverpool persist with the high line, Virgil and Konate don't have the pace to track back like that, and Fabinho is busy in mid trying to clean up the poor touches.

Chelsea vs Liverpool games always deliver since in 97 the 4-2 game FA cup game when Liverpool were 2 nil up the fixtures have been fire since then.

The Mourinho - Rafa era was awful, tense football but yeah either side of that the games are good. Jose did manage Chelsea to a 4-1 at Anfield in 2005 which was beautiful :wow:

Hudson-Odoi for Havertz is a move that should be made at some point in the 2nd half.

The way that Pool defensive line has looked, they would be torn apart with an injection of pace (plus he tracks back well on defense). Milner is very slow to recover when their fullbacks push forward. Deploy him on the right wing, with Pulisic up front.
