Look at which teams fell off during last season during strict motoring and covid testing. The teams that play basically the same XI for weeks straight.

If Pep's teams never lost concentration City would have beaten Lyon and Chelsea in CL.

Bernardo built like a 15 year old running around the pitch doing everything he can, probably won't play this weekend. Meanwhile some other dudes just developed asthma in their mid 20s and now habe to take asthma medication to play every week... But Pep is the one running the drugs :comeon:

It seems you didn’t read my whole post. The Germans, English and the PSG project just caught up to the Spanish what they were doing from 2006-2014ish or so. Pep was caught doping in the early 2000s.

The sudden explosion of Spanish sporting success and destruction of blood samples deliberating by Spanish doctors is a major indication of drug abuse and usage in Spain and Spanish sports.

Drugs give you physical output and endurance but doesn’t equate to decision making and key moments. You still need to execute and make the right call and decision in pivotal moments of football.

You even strengthened my point. Physically Bernardo isn’t special, a specimen nor has great genetics. Yet this man is pressing and running nonstop for 90s minutes with the endurance of marathon runner whilst playing football, and doesn’t even break a sweat nor ever gets fatigued. Reminds me of Iniesta in 2009 UCL final, he was pressing and passing the ball like it was the first minute. It is very clear what modern football has become, the Spanish are the most advance in doping but everyone catching up. Now with Spanish football being broke, even with all the drugs in the world you still need quality players. The money, players and drugs now are in England, France and Germany. Pep saw the writing on the wall. He knows even with drugs, you still need players hence why he always runs to the most financial strongest team.

But this doesn’t excuse everyone else doping and catching up to Spanish doping.

It's not that farfetched. This accusation been floating around Spanish football for years.

Not saying it's true, but it's not pure conspiracy. Spain doesn't even have explicitly well laid out rules against doping either

I didn't say it was far fetched, but you think players from the most hated and scrutinized club in England are doping and nobody is on to them? Many players and staff (key staff as well, nutritionists and physical therapists) have left City in the past 4 years to go to other teams, you think they'd all keep this doping secret together? Especially since some of these staff members have gone to direct rivals, eager to tarnish any success City have.

You can see the guys playing well and hate, but you can't dope technique and you can't dope scouting and player rotation. Bernardo has played at this level before, hopefully he gets some rest so he can keep it up.
