True, Veratti breaks every press and builds play but to fall off that badly because of one injury is terrible.

It's CL and you get money for winning group games and football really, is all about money

I mean it’s 2.5m for a win so 5m for 2 wins if you go after them and succeed. That’s obviously a lot of money to us normal people but for a club of our size and what we bring in it’s peanuts.


I’d say it’s well worth 5m to blood some younger players, give fringe players a run and give others some well needed rest and avoid issues as we go into this crazy time of year, we all remember what happened to Jota last season.
