That's a good lineup of teams but tbh I don't wanna see Cameroon there, they always up to some BS in the WC :francis:

An underdog I wanna see is Mali but I don't think they have it in them to do anything good at that stage. Morocco is an entertaining shytshow lol, they have the quality but the results aren't always there. Egypt & Tunisia I just don't wanna see in the WC as well.

Tunisia is incredibly consistent when it comes to African qualifiers, they seem to always get results when it matters but always underwhelming at the WC.

Ahhhh, they’re using seeding then I feel pretty good about who we could meet in the final rd of qualifiers.

That CIV vs Cameroon game on Nov 16th though :wow:

Proper heavy weight match.

Quit the negativity my Naija, I know they’ve let us down plenty in the past but this current crop is different

I’m still pissed about the loss but we do have form for playing down to our opposition and with Wilf and hopefully Etebo back inshallah that midfield should be much better and we’ve Alex to come back too, the service Vic got over these last 2 games was poor :scust: and should see an improvement come next month and AFCON time.

Will tune in :jbhmm:Hopefully the young legend Boga is starting.

Pepe's days are numbered.

CIV is probably one of the most complete teams front to back. Boly, Pepe, Kessie, Haller, Zaha, Seri, Sangare, Aurier, Gervihno. That's a very very solid squad.

This crop will deff do well, my biggest issue is our creative outlet in the midfield. Ndidi and Etebo are defensively solid (Ndidi is arguably one of the best DMs in world football) but we need more creation in the midfield outside of wingplay, that's my biggest issue.

Iwobi coming back helps but I'm he's being utilized more on the RW rather than in the hole. Rohr doesn't have the tactical nous to move us to a back three with Kelechi supporting Big Vic in a 3-5-2 similar to how LC utilizes him.

Either way let's finish strong on these next 2 matches and see who awaits in the final rounds.

Breh been injured since a little before the UEL final. I'm not sure if he's back fit but Yeremy Pino seems to have pipped him on the RW (young Spanish player on one of the stronger Spanish clubs so it was always on the cards..).

If fit, Chukwueze is def our starting RW. Simon gotta bounce to LW then....

I don't want to see Simon anywhere near the lineup. Or Ahmed Musa but he has naked pictures of the NFF. :beli:

Ndidi and Etebo being back allows Aribo to play as the most advanced midfielder and will provide a solid base that should allow him the freedom to do his thing which should bring some more creativity.

Forgot about Aribo. He and Balogun were on the title-winning Rangers side, right?

Is Aribo a creative player or more B2B, I've thought of him more as the latter.

Naija hasn't really produced any notable creative players in a while. We've done well at the wing, defensive mid and the striker to a degree, just wondering if we can plug the whole by Nov 22...
