4 times bigger than arsenal's parademassive crowd for Chelsea's celebration

Martin Samuel: Chelsea paid £16m for John Mikel Obi including £12m compensation to Manchester United and few have ever been able to see why. Yet under Di Matteo, who, like his coach Eddie Newton, often played a holding role, he has thrived.
He was arguably Chelseas best player in Munich; quick feet, quick wits, moving the ball on with the wonderful combination of calm and urgency that set Claude Makelele apart. Di Matteo has turned Mikel into Makelele in a matter of months.
Jamie Redknapp: You look at John Obi Mikel, who put in a performance that I didn't think he had in him.
at deciding to give him praise all of a sudden as if he hasn't been exactly the same player they're describing for almost his entire Chelsea career.Samuel is the fat idiot who was touting Stoke for top 4.mikel was nothing special yesterday tbh.
the praise is so arbitrary and after the fact.
if drogba's header doesn't go in, obi would be getting slated for not contributing. but these pundits want to be seen to be 'insightful' so they go for some next left field opinion. smh.

If you really pay attention Mikel has been the rock on a team that has been really shaky with possession. You have guys like Bosingwa, Kalou and Torres that are so quick to lose the ball and if you really watch Mikel, he's always winning the ball, his passes are always spot on and he is calm and composed always where he needs to be.is the Van persie talks with arsenal still going on? what's the prediction of him staying/leaving?
