Imagine being 19 and you go up and take a pk in front of like 70,000 people with the game on the line. Why would Southgate do that? Even having the fourth and fifth kickers being Sancho and saka
The players have to agree to take the kicks, if any of the older players put their hands up they’d go up the list.

The more I thought about it, the more I think that Southgate should be let go for that. What a fukking idiot. Saka hasn't even had a pen in his senior career. To let your 3 youngest, least experienced players take the last 3 penalties is beyond stupid.

I LOVE SAKA STOP TAKING MY TWEET OUTTA CONTEXT!!!

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

At this point there’s more people tweeting about vitriol than there is actual vitriol. Most people seem to be supportive of Saka and the rest.

Yeah, TLR are in a frenzy over this. :skip:

But apart from the monkey emojis from fake accounts on Saka's IG and that cac Andrew Bone on twitter, I haven't seen anything concrete.:francis:

I looked at their IGs and that's the impression I got, most people basically telling them to keep their head up... it's like cats want them to get shytted on.

Wenger for the England job

Boss will get them the world Cup :banderas:

Strangely enough I've heard a lot of people at different points of my life suggest this.

Current England is built like a classic Wenger Arsenal side tbh.

Amazing attacking talent, midfielders that people rekon are well-underrated and a questionable defense that we'll ignore until the mistakes roll in

:snoop:

100% facts I'm glad you see it too. The media helps drive this bullshyt

The English media is a huge part of why England will likely never win anything added on top of having next to no manager of any decent quality (Southgate is there because he hasn't fukked up monumentally yet and we literally have no body clearly better.)

There's no moderation with them. Players are either complete shyt one day and world class the next based on the last match they played

When the dust settles. England had a good tournament. Losing the final on pens hurts but is not bad at all.

Italy were worthy winners.

I cant say Southgate got the best from this group of players but he got a lot from himself.

You can say its a lack of trust but Saka should not have been the one to take that pen. Same with Sancho who I just heard has never ever taken a pen before. (Found out this is false)

Southgate has to take the L for that.
