They're second class citizens at most these clubs, we're just as bad, City to be fair are one of the few that it's not like that.



I'm not one that thinks salaries should be equal because they shouldn't but either do it properly or don't, there's really no reason that the facilities and setup shouldn't be up to par.

I thought the whole point was marketing, making the brand look good.
