hate to do it to you ma bredda but Roma were a big team and are now suffering from the relative decline of Serie A (Italian economy). And even now Roma are bigger than Chelsea were in 2004 (when Jose rolled up).

I know a team that spent a billion that hasn't won a league in almost a decade and plays in the Europa league. Money wins titles but doesn't guarantee it.
