So that rules out everyone but PSG and Man City really,
They are the only 2 who can afford that in these times

City are not spending that much money on someone who still has a lot to prove. There is nothing that shows that Haaland could fit into pep ball. City can buy another target, a temporary one for a season or two while Haaland's prices drops. Or they could just do without for a while. They might win a quadruple without Aguero playing that much so the current team might be enough for a season or two.

I am guessing that after his trial at Dortmund, Haaland wants to go to a named team. I can't see him at PSG yet.

So they are going to have to accept covid money or leave it until next year.

With covid more realistic pricing he is off to Real, Barca or possibly Chelsea.
