Nah I disagree. Bayern was the best team in Europe in 2012 and 2013 . They were the best team last year and are clearly the best team this year. Bayern been a top 3 team for like a decade now and there's no English clubs that have an argument for best team, don't even know why they are in that convo tbh whether it is City, Pool or United. In the 2000s, the argument could have been made considering EPL's strength but not any more.
There is no better attack than theirs at the moment and Lewy would have been Ballon d'Or if not for covid (was still UEFA best though). Mullah's the most underrated player in the world still and they have Coman, Gnabry and Sané on the wings
Their midfield is probably weaker than what it was under Guardiola or Heynckes but it's still top notch and they have Kimmich, one of the most complete player in the world. Oh and in defense, they have France's FBs
Only area that is "bad" are the CBs because they Boateng is aging and Sule is struggling to get back to form but it's ok because they have Neuer as a GK
