Yeah, two Brits based in Berlin with a funny and intelligent football podcast. Musa Okwongo and Ryan Hunn. Musa is a published author, while Ryan is a musician.

They cover all of the major Euro leagues. They got popular enough that they now have a spinoff show with Ian Wright, which is also a good listen.
