Maybe. But Uncle Arry is like that. I think a lot of coaches are like that tbh. If you arent fit or a favourite or you dont get on with the coach they dont really communicate well with the players they arent using.
The Sean Davis interview that @Montez posted up. Said when he was at Portsmouth with Arry, he would go weeks without speaking to him. If he injured or not part of the Startling XI plans Arry had no time for him.
Those old school ways dont work anymore. What they fail to understand is people cannot get better unless they are told what they need to do and what they are doing wrong with clear instructions and messages so they can improve. Trian harder isnt a message you give to a young professional.
Didn't learn anything from his Uncle Harry about man management. Literally thats the only thing that kept Harry in game so long. Was his abilities to manage players instead off his tactics.
