I hate this criteria. Only Greenwood should be eligible for this award because it really should be a Rookie of the year award for new players who've just entered the league or some under 19 requirement. Rashford and Martial still being eligible for the award after 5 years in the league is just silly. Martial turns 25 in Dec ffs.
