He deserves every penny. Cholo completely changed the culture and expectations at Atleti. Now a top 4 finish or a heartbreaking CL exit is a disappointment. Before Cholo took over those would have been considered magical seasons. And on top of that he’s more than just a manager, he’s the heart and soul of the club. I think any club loves their manager more than Atleti fans love him.
