My memory is spotty but I feel like Zlatan didn't really hit his stride until he went to Inter for a few years. While Shevchenko was consistently one of the top strikers in the world.

So how do they plan to have an extended league season, and somehow start the next season at a decent time. Then, you have WC qualifications, then also Contininental Tournaments, Federations Cup, and also Continental Club Competitions.

Just scrap these seasons.
